Welcome to Plushpedia. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.
What Plushpedia is
Plushpedia is an independent, unofficial collector resource for Jellycat plushies — a product catalog, collection tracker, and community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jellycat Ltd. See our Disclaimer for details.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- One person per account; don’t impersonate others or misrepresent an affiliation.
Your content
You own the content you post — your photos, posts, notes, and collection data. By posting, you grant Plushpedia a non-exclusive license to host and display that content according to the visibility settings you choose. Delete your content or account at any time and that license ends.
You are responsible for what you post. Only upload photos you have the right to share.
We do not pre-screen user content.Posts, photos, usernames, and other content submitted by users are created by them, not by Plushpedia, and we do not review content before it’s published. Plushpedia is not responsible or liable for any user content, including its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness, and does not endorse any opinion, claim, or material posted by users. If you encounter content that violates these terms, please use the “Report” option on the post or profile, or email hello@plushpedia.com.
Acceptable use
When using Plushpedia, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or demean other users;
- Post unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content;
- Use a username, display name, caption, or bio that is obscene, hateful, or impersonates another person or brand;
- Spam, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- Misrepresent products, prices, or provenance in a way intended to deceive collectors.
We rely primarily on user reports to find content that breaks these rules, along with automated filtering on some text fields (like usernames and captions). We may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice, and we are not liable for any delay in doing so.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Plushpedia harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Catalog and market data
Catalog information is provided for identification and reference. Market prices and portfolio valuations are estimates provided for informational purposes only — they are not appraisals and not financial advice. Buying and selling happens on third-party marketplaces under their terms, not ours.
Service availability
Plushpedia is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service fast and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be discontinued.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plushpedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including decisions made based on catalog or market data.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
